The Company is run by a Board of Directors, representing the community and local business, which ensure that the best interests of the community are served. The C.E.O. is in overall control of the operations while the other members perform a more advisory role.
The names of the Directors are as follows: Mr. S. Duze is the Chief Executive Officer of the Algoa Bus Company, Mr J. Mtila works for the Department of Transport in Provincial Government, Mr. S. Browning is with Organized Business, Mr. B. Rayner is with Organised Business, Dr E. Chabula is working for the Government structures, Mrs B. Siwisa is a Business Consultant and a vacant position is with the Government Structures - NMMM.
